He completed his undergraduate studies in Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering in 1985 and master’s degree in Civil Engineering Project Management in 1988. During his professional life, he took part in many projects carried out with domestic and foreign financed FIDIC contracts such as the World Bank, European Investment Bank, European Union, Islamic Development Bank, and Council of Europe Development Bank.

He had responsibility in timA Mühendislik Müşavirlik Proje ve Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. 2.000.000  m² Health, Education and Public Buildings Control Consultancy are completed in total during his term.

He worked as Project Manager within the scope of Earthquake investigations and preparation of Reinforcement and Renovation projects of Health, Education and Public Buildings Control Consultancy works and education buildings, health centers and hospitals in Tajikistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India belonging to Aga Khan Foundation.

He is still the Chairman of the Board of timA Mühendislik Danışmanlık Proje ve Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş.
